How SoccerYards handles information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide, plus any yard measurements you enter into the Yard Fit tool and choose to send with your enquiry.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, advise on which field fits your space, and process or follow up on an order. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third-party advertisers.
Who processes it
Enquiries are stored in our own systems and may be synced to our customer relationship platform so the team can respond and keep a record of the conversation. Order payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store card details.
Analytics
We measure page views and interactions in aggregate to understand which pages help people choose a field. Where third-party analytics or advertising tags are added, they are listed on this page before going live.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to support you and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email us through the contact page and we'll action it.
