How it actually goes in
Photographs from an actual SoccerYards build, in order. Hand tools, two people, one afternoon.

1 · Lay it out
Tape measure across the grass to set the footprint and square the corners.

2 · Set the posts
Ground sleeves driven in with a hand sledge — no trenching, no concrete.

3 · Run the perimeter
The wall/netting is threaded onto the posts, one side at a time.

4 · Tension and finish
The last run is pulled tight and fixed down along the edge of the lawn.

5 · Play
Goals at both ends, ball stays in the yard, game starts the same day.
The owner's own footage of the perimeter netting being rolled out, posted and tensioned along the lawn — played back at double speed. Tap to watch the perimeter go up.
